HISTORY CLUB FIELDTRIP 4/8/26

 

HMS History Club Sponsored Field Trip Information

 

The HMS History Club is hosting a field trip to Cantigny/ First Division Museum in Wheaton on Wednesday, April 8th from approximately 9:15-1:30.

 

This is the approximate schedule:

10:00 – 10:15 – Arrive at Cantigny Park

10:30 – 11:00 – Free Time

11:00 – 11:30 – Outdoor D-Day Exhibit – Agents

11:30 – 12:00 – LUNCH BRING A SACK LUNCH

12:00 – 12:45 – First in War Tour

 

The trip is open to all students, any grade, on a first come first serve basis. The first 40 students who pick up and return their money and permission slip will be selected to go. Students WILL miss school and will be responsible for missed work.

 

We will be seeing the First Division Museum, which is an interactive, hands-on  experience on the topic of the American wars. Here is a link to their website (the website).

 

If you are interested, you must either pick up (room 211 or your history teacher) or print out and complete this form (click here). You must be among the first 40 to return the signed permission slip.
